THIS UNIT WAS BUILT 9/08/2021 AND ORIGINALLY SOLD RIGHT HERE IN THE PHOENIX VALLEY. WE BOUGHT IT FROM IT'S SECOND OWNERS IN CALIFORNIA. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 31/2020 AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE MAJOR PACKAGE THIS UNIT HAS, IS THE NEW FOR THE 2022'S, "ELITE SUITE PACKAGE." THIS PACKAGE ALONE HAS AN ORIGINAL RETAIL VALUE OF $27,990 AND INCLUDES CAPETOWN VEIL FULL BODY PAINT. THIS UNIT'S OPTIONS TOTAL OVER $63,000. FURTHER THE ORIGINAL OWNER ADDED A 700 WATT SOLAR SYSTEM, 5.5KwONAN LP GENERATOR AND AN AUTOMATIC SATELLITE SYSTEM SET FOR THE DIRECT TV. THAT ADDED ANOTHER $14,000 IN VALUE.
