THIS ONE OWNER UNIT WAS BUILT 2/01/2022 AND THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 9/2022. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN WILDWOOD, FLORIDA. WE BOUGHT IT FROM A DEALER WHERE IT WAS BEING TRADED IN ON A DIESEL PUSHER. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET IS LOCATED IN OUR PICTURE SECTION. IT LISTS COLORS AND FACTORY OPTIONS. ALL OF THE LIVINGROOM FURNITURE HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH HIGH END FURNITURE. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS REPLACED ONE LOVE SEAT WITH BAR STOOLS AND INSTALLED A SOFA WITH NO SLEEPER CAPACITY. WE ALWAYS RESTORE OUR COACHES TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS.
