THIS ONE OWNER 2022 MOBILE SUITES 41 FKMB HAS JUST ARRIVED HERE FROM IOWA. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN BATH, NEW YORK. WE DID A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND ARE HAVING IT PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND AS NEW. NO PETS AND A NON SMOKER UNIT OF COURSE. IN ADDITION TO THE $33,000 IN FACTORY OPTIONS THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADDED A STACKING WASHER / DRYER, A 5.5Kw ONAN LP GEN AND UPGRADED THE TIRES TO LOAD RANGE J CONTINENTAL TIRES. IT IS A VERY SPECIAL COACH WITH STUNNING COLORS INSIDE AND OUT - TOWNSEND SLATE EXTERIOR AND LATTE CABINETRY FOR THE INTERIOR. THE CHASSIS IS DATED 11/30/2021.
