THIS ONE OWNER UNIT WAS BUILT 7/26/2021 AND THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 15/2021. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN JUNCTION CITY, OR. WE BOUGHT IT FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHO'S HUSBAND HAD SADLY PASSED AWAY. THIS IS A VERY LOW USE COACH AND NO CHANGES TO IT HAVE BEEN MADE. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET IS LOCATED IN OUR PICTURE SECTION. IT LISTS COLORS AND FACTORY OPTIONS. WE DID A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND FOUND NO ISSUES. IT WILL BE COMPLETELY SERVICED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. WE TAKE ABOUT 40 HOURS TO COMPLETELY SERVICE OUR COACHES AND AGAIN THEY COME WITH A 1 YEAR WARRANTY. IT HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED, THERE ARE NO ODORS OF ANY KIND, NO PETS AND NOT A LIVED IN UNIT.
