THIS 2019 DRV FULLHOUSE LX455 IS DRV'S BATH AND A HALF FLOOR PLAN WITH THE HALF BATH BEING LOCATED IN THE 12' GARAGE SPACE. THE GARAGE ITSELF HAS TWO POWERED BEDS, BIG TV, THREE SEASON GARAGE PATIO SYSTEM WITH OUTSIDE PATIO AWNING AND A TAILGATE STEP. A STACKING WASHER / DRYER WAS ADDED.
THIS UNIT WAS BUILT AROUND SEPTEMBER 2019. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN MESQUITE, TEXAS. WE BOUGHT IT THROUGH A DEALER IN ELK CITY, OK. THE GOODYEAR TIRES ARE DATE CODED 4/2024 SO THEY ARE NEARLY BRAND NEW. THE ONAN 5.5Kw LP GENERATOR HAS 78 HOURS ON IT. WE ARE SERVICING IT NOW THEN OFF TO GET PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED WITH OUR USUAL 80 PICTURES OF IT TO FOLLOW.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S MONTICELLO MOUNTAINTOP PARTIAL PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE EXTERIOR APPEARANCE IS QUITE EXTRAORDINARY.
