THIS 2019 DRV FULLHOUSE LX455 IS DRV'S BATH AND A HALF FLOOR PLAN WITH THE HALF BATH BEING LOCATED IN THE 12' GARAGE SPACE. THE GARAGE ITSELF HAS TWO POWERED BEDS, BIG TV, THREE SEASON GARAGE PATIO SYSTEM WITH OUTSIDE PATIO AWNING AND A TAILGATE STEP. A STACKING WASHER / DRYER WAS ADDED AND THE 4 PIECE SOFA IS BRAND NEW.
THIS UNIT WAS BUILT 02/04/2019 SO IT IS A VERY LATE MODE, ANOTHER MONTH AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TITLED AS A 2020. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN MESQUITE, TEXAS.
