THIS 2017 DRV MOBILE SUITES 34RESA4 IS CURRENTLY DRV'S SHORTEST COACH THEY MAKE. IT FEATURES A REAR ENTERTAINMENT LIVINGROOM ROOM WITH THE TV ON A PULL OUT SWING ARM BRACKET FOR EASIER VIEWING FROM ALL ANGLES. THERE IS HUGE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, LARGE PANTRY AND A KING BED MASTER SUITE WITH A FULL BATHROOM WITH STACKING WASHER/DRYER.
THIS UNIT WAS BUILT ON 12/5/2016. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN CHANUTE, KS. WE PURCHASED THIS UNIT DIRECTLY FROM IT'S SECOND OWNERS WHO CAME FROM ARIZONA. THE TIRES ARE BRAND NEW UPGRADED SAILUNS - 235/15/17.5' LOAD RANGE J. PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE THE ROOF WOULD NOT COME CLEAN - IMBEDDED ARIZONA DESERT DUST - WE ARE REPLACING THE ROOF MEMBRANE WITH A DICOR EPDM RUBBER ROOF AS IT WAS BUILT.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S CRIMSON DUSK PARTIAL PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE INTERIOR IS CAMDEN WITH HONEY CHERRY WOOD CABINETRY AND GINGER FLOORING. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET FOR JUST OVER $130,000 IS INCLUDED IN THE PICTURE SECTION.
