THIS UPDATED 2017 DRV MOBILE SUITES MEMPHIS FEATURES A REAR ENTERTAINMENT LIVINGROOM WITH NEW FURNITURE, HUGE CHEF'S KITCHEN WITH TONS OF COUNTER SPACE AND CENTER ISLAND, HALLWAY BATHROOM WITH WASHER / DRYER AND A KING BED MASTER SUITE.
IT WAS BUILT ON 6/19/2016 AND HAS NEWER, UPGRADED CONTINENTAL LOAD RANGE J TIRES. THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION OF COURSE. IT WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD IN CHANUTE, KS. WE PURCHASED IT FROM A LOCAL DEALER HERE IN PHOENIX, AZ. WE BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. WE HAVE DONE A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF IT AND OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING WRONG.
THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS DRV'S SHADOW BIRCH PARTIAL PAINT PACKAGE WITH FULL BODY CLEAR COAT. THE INTERIOR IS DRV'S MILAN DECOR WITH MOCHA CHERRY HARDWOOD CABINETRY AND 1 OF THE 3 AC UNITS HAS A HEAT PUMP. THE TWO LOUNGE CHAIRS AND CUSTOM SOFA ARE BOTH BRAND NEW. WE ADDED THE FOLD AWAY OUTDOOR TV. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP SHEET FOR JUST UNDER $178,000 IS INCLUDED IN THE PICTURE SECTION. THERE IS NO GEN AND THE POWER CORD REEL WAS REMOVED.
